有懷孕打算，就要趕快戒菸唷

我們都知道母親在懷孕時吸菸會造成胎兒不良的影響，例如子宮內生長受限（intrauterine growth restriction, IUGR）、自然流產、子宮外孕、早產、低體重、先天畸形、嬰兒猝死症候群 (SIDS)等，並增加許多胎兒和母體併發症的風險。

然而，戒菸最遲的時間點並不是發現懷孕時，而是在懷孕前，一旦有計劃要懷孕，就必須戒菸。研究發現，吸菸和受孕時間延遲和不孕症有關。

另外，孕前吸菸與早產有顯著相關，圍孕期（懷孕前1 個月至懷孕第1 個月結束）吸菸與先天性心臟缺陷風險增加3 倍有顯著相關。

國際上已達成共識，即女性應從嘗試懷孕時開始戒菸，並在需要時進行戒菸治療。為了健康的下一代，偉大的媽媽，加油！！！
